“GET YOUR BASS ON” CONTEST

The Aurisonics “Get Your BASS On” contest to promote the release of the ASG-2  is now underway.  There are prizes for winners as well as additional winners chosen from entries in the contest.  Contest will end on December 17th.

TO ENTER YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:

-”Like” Aurisonics’ Facebook page

-”Like” Aurisonics’ contest post on Facebook

AND

-Post a real picture or video on our facebook or Head-Fi thread of your Aurisonics product shown in an interesting place ( Mt. Everest, Antarctica, on stage with Lady Gaga, etc.). 

OR

-Post to our Facebook or Head-fi thread (200 words or less) why you should have serial #0001 of the ASG-2.  Please include a real picture or video of how you use your current audio gear.

Best picture/video/post wins a polished and black rhodium plated pre-release version of the ASG-2 serial number #0001

Four additional standard finish (frosted clear) ASG-2’s will be awarded at random to contestants from remaining entries.

To say thank you to our loyal Aurisonics family and Head-Fi supporters we will announce special ASG-2 pre-release pricing and open up pre release sales for one day only during the contest. We will also announce a one day only price on our AS-2 custom series monitors.

Official Rules

You must be 16 years or older to participate in this Contest.
You may not post nude, partially nude, or sexually suggestive photos.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other contest participants.
You may not use this contest for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. 
International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display for this contest.
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
You must not, in the participation of this contest, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your participation in this contest.  

While Aurisonics, Inc. prohibits such conduct and Content in the Contest, you understand and agree that Aurisonics, Inc. cannot be responsible for the Content posted for this contest and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you are participating in this contest at your own risk.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or terminate this contest for any reason, without notice at any time.

We reserve the right to alter these Official Rules at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Official Rules, we will notify you via a post on the official contest thread on our Facebook page and/or Head Fi forum thread. 
What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We reserve the right to force forfeiture of any participant that violates trademark, or may mislead other users.
We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Official Rules.

Aurisonics, Inc. does NOT claim ANY ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that you post for this contest. By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content for this contest, you hereby grant to Aurisonics, Inc. a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, worldwide, limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and translate such Content, including without limitation distributing part or all of the Site in any media formats through any media channels, except Content not shared publicly ("private") will not be distributed outside the Contest channels.

You hereby agree that Aurisonics, Inc. may place advertising and promotions in conjunction with your Content. The manner, mode and extent of such advertising and promotions are subject to change without specific notice to you.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content posted by you for this Contest or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, (ii) the posting and use of your Content for this Contest does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person, and (iii) the posting of your Content on the Site does not result in a breach of contract between you and a third party. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of Content you post for this Contest. 

The Aurisonics, Inc. Contest contains Content of Aurisonics, Inc. ("Aurisonics Content"). Aurisonics Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws, and Aurisonics, Inc. owns and retains all rights in the Aurisonics Content and the Aurisonics Contest. Aurisonics, Inc. hereby grants you a limited, revocable, nonsublicensable license to reproduce and display the Aurisonics, Inc. Content solely for your participation in the Contest.

The Aurisonics, Inc. Contest contains Content of Contest Participants. Except as provided within this Agreement, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any Content appearing on or through the Aurisonics, Inc. Contest.

Also, although Aurisonics, Inc. will normally only delete Content that violates this Agreement, Aurisonics, Inc. reserves the right to delete any Content for any reason, without prior notice. Deleted content may be stored by Aurisonics, Inc. in order to comply with certain legal obligations and is not retrievable without a valid court order. Aurisonics, Inc. will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Contest, or the loss of any Content.
